Came upon the Lookout Steakhouse by accident! What a wonderful surprise! The ahi tuna appetizer was excellent seared, with three pepper sauce. The Cajun grilled shrimp served with seafood stuffing and sauteed squash and zucchini was light and oh so flavorful!
First we ordered dozen New Orleans BBQ oysters and crawfish bread---yummy!!!

The Gumbo is good. Flavorful, not overly spicy. Still it is worth getting.

Excellent food for a great price. We went for lunch and we were not disappointed. We had the Rockefeller oysters and the Catfish Supreme dish. Both were outstanding!!!!

I had the crawfish dip for an appetizer that came with toast French bread! It was awesome. The entree I had was shrimp and grits. The grits were batter fried in a 2 triangles but covered with this sauce that include shrimp and other things! Awesome and will be going Back.

Crab cakes came highly recommended, and I can see why. Very delicious! The bread even has a cinnamon/honey kinda flavored butter! The salad was also very tasty...

Lookout Steaks and Seafood is a solid 4 stars. It is located in downtown Gulfport one block north of the beach. For starters, the free warmed bread along with the "honey butter" is awesome. As for entrees, my wife says anything with the crab cakes is very good they serve them with grilled shrimp skewers or grilled catfish. I usually opt for the Kobe cheeseburger served on a toasted sourdough bun and a side of french fries

Service is good both in restaurant and bar. Food is great! Had the Flounder Ponchartrain and it was amazing. They have a few local brews on tap as well.

The steak came out topped with their seafood stuffing and a nice cream sauce. My smashed potatoes were amazing (I asked for my gravy on the side).

This place was delicious you have to try the crawfish bread for a appetizer! Also the shrimp and grits! It comes with plenty of shrimp and sausage with grits cakes. The bread and honey butter for the table was also delicious.
